Dear Fellow Subway® Franchisee,
Your NAASF Board of Directors and staff work diligently on your
behalf seeking to improve your bottom line. Your association strives to
provide its Members with savings and benefit programs, educational
forums as well as regional representatives to answer your Subway-related
questions, attend System Advisory Committee (SAC) meetings, and much
more. As a Franchisee, you need an effective association that is there
for you every day, representing your interests.
NAASF's key objectives include:
- Operations/Compliance: To work collaboratively with
FWH to insure Franchisees' experience and concerns are considered
regarding operations-driven decisions. Strive to improve the compliance
process to focus on the customer experience, and to assist in ROI
evaluation of new mandates that are required of Subway Franchisees.
- Development/Site Review: Work with FWH and DAAC to
provide tools and processes to Franchisees and D.A.s to evaluate
new-unit profitability that will protect existing units' profitability.
- Training/Education: Work with FWH to provide
training programs that assist and improve Franchisee operations and
profitability. Promote ongoing training/educational efforts throughout
the system.
- Teamwork/Communications: Work with all Subway
families to communicate issues to Franchisees fostering feedback and
providing input to the decision-making process. Participate with all
Subway entities in the decision-making process focusing on items that
truly enhance the Subway brand and increase Franchisee profitability.
- Government Relations: Participate in legislative
coalitions to ensure Subway Franchisees' voices are heard by our
governmental representations; to protect and improve our profitability
potential by supporting small business-friendly candidates and
legislation.
NAASF relies on membership contributions
